HH33: Guest Series ft. Jakob Haymond

Mike & Ben welcome Jakob Haymond, who graciously shares his life story as a scrappy problem solving entrepreneur, who just so happens to be Ben’s long time friend as well. As you’ll hear during this episode, Jakob talks about an assessment he takes early on in his career to better define the type of gifts he has to offer as an individual and it allows him to better understand his unique type of work ethic which in turn helps him to feel more confident in his endeavors. It’s like one of those career assessments you take in high school but one built for your personality and specific character traits.
